That doesn't make sense, no. What you can do via some software (probably not your calculator) is plot solution curves of differential equations passing through given initial conditions.

You can graph the vector field of a first order differential equation by Euler’s method, but without any known parameters the solution to a diff-eq is not unique. Laplace transform is useful for converting time-variant differential equations into frequency-variant algebraic equations, and while Laplace solutions are unique, that doesn’t guarantee they’re easily solvable.
