If 2PR=1RQ then the ratio of PR: RQ should be 1:2, not the other way around. For example if we let PR=1, from the first equation you get RQ=2, then clearly PR: RQ = 1:

You can multiply both sides of the ratio by the same number and the ratio still be the same
