Unfortunately I think that category theory will be almost worthless for you to learn. Without strong foundations in group theory, rings, modules, topological spaces, vector spaces as well as ideally having done some algebraic topology, homological algebra and representation theory, the content will be poorly motivated and and almost impenetrable.
