Have you tried using the Khan Academy app? It'll teach you from basic arithmetic all the way up to Calculus and trigonometry.

Other than that, you have MIT Open Courseware where basically you can enrol in courses completely for free.

But do try the Khan Academy app first. I use it and it's great.

Think of how you get better at skateboarding or music or videogames.

You have to practice. A lot.

Firstly, make sure you actually understand the content you’ve learned up to whatever point you’re at now. Make sure to do practice problems in order to confirm you truly understand the material. The silly mistakes will absolutely still happen, it’s just that they become less and less frequent as you become more experienced.

I take my texts books and solve all the problems at the end of the chapters I am on. I also occasionally go back and resolve problems from old chapters. The more you do it the easier it gets. No joke math used to be impossible for me and now it is easier than reading.

You might enjoy the book "How to Solve It" by Polya.

Aside from that, it's good to really understand the principles you study, as opposed to simply trying to memorize a series of rules. In graduate school, reading one page of a typical textbook probably took me an average of 5 - 10 minutes, but some pages took over an hour.
