Khan Academy is great -- if you don't like their presenters, you might try Professor Leonard's YouTube videos.

To give any better advise it would be nice to know more about you.

What education level are you at now? Are you still in school, or working? What makes you want to learn more math, and how do you plan to use it?

Look for textbooks for the grades you missed in the library, rent them, read them and work in them until you understand, and remember to always ask why, that's when you start understanding.
