Know your vectors very well, they come back heavy. Also know polar and parametric equations, domain and range.
As always, integration techniques, differentiation rules, and limits. Know you’re integration by parts very well.

It's heavy on the basics: differentiation and integrals. The conceptual stuff has to be rehashed for 3d anyway. (It's heavy on vectors in the beginning, but they'll teach it. Some of it is weird; just accept it.)

More important is learn to draw/graph in 3d (perspective etc.). Setting problems up is what kills people around halfway through. Nearly every problem will requiring drawing to understand.

Focus on integrals in polar coordinates, and the revolution/washer stuff.
