Well, obviously it depends on how much the bananas weigh. I just weighed one and it was around 180g, or 0.4 pounds. At the second store it would cost 0.39*0.4 = 0.156 cents. So the price is essentially the same - if the bananas are relatively large you're better off with the first store, and if they're small then the second store is cheaper.
