Is it possible to skip high school geometry by using khan academy

Geometry and Algebra II are completely disjoint. I'd talk with your school about letting you skip geometry by either testing out or some other method. When I was in 8th grade I was in the same boat as you and they let me skip Geometry as long as I passed an exam in it (which wasn't too bad).

Go to school.

In a few years you’ll realise this wasn’t a good question.

You’ll probably want to do more problems than just the ones Khan Academy offers, but it’s a great way to learn the content. I would recommend sending an email to your school counselor and assistant principal (those were the people that handled class schedules in my middle school, at least) and ask about what you could do to test out of geometry. At the end of the day, you’ll need somebody from your school to verify that you have the knowledge and skills, probably with a standardized test of some sort. Good luck!

From what you say yea your probably smart enough but you still will need to get the geometry credit. So I’d recommend talking to your school’s counselor about taking geometry at the college level over the summer( geometry at the college level just means you do a school years worth in 8 weeks. It’s denser not harder.)

I do think that it would be feasible to do it with khan academy if you have the willpower/determination but khan academy does skip over a lot of things. So if you do want to learn geometry over the summer with khan academy then go for it but you should also find some other resources as well because khan academy doesn’t cover everything.

If you are permitted to skip geometry, I strongly recommend that you get a copy of the text used by your school and find out what chapters they cover
