Your first step with anything like this should be rewriting things in a couple of ways to see if any of them make the pattern more obvious. Ie:
64/64 = 1
9/12 = 3/4 = 0.75
6/12 = 1/2 = 0.5
Can you see it now?

Try simplifying the fractions…
1, 3/4, 1/2
What’s the pattern? We’re subtracting 1/4 each time, so the next number in the sequence ought to be B. 1/4
