Linear algebra is a good choice. Very useful in a lot of different scientific fields.

Complex analysis is good its hard yeh but will help very much, then Probability could also help al lot too, then Diffrential equations and ofc Linear algebra

Stochastic statistics course. Very useful for engineers in electrical and mechanical. Not a lot of people take it though.
