Baby steps my friend. Start with understanding addition, multiplication and powers. Then go for fractions and algebra.

2+2+2+2
Is the same as:
2×4
Is the same as:
2×2×2
Is the same as:
2^3

And so on. Play with the basic basic stuff until you understand it. I know it feels weird and dumb, but it is Essential to understand the basics before you go on further.

I failed basic highschool math, believed i was dumb etc.   I decided to go back at it a few years later, and started at the 1st grade stuff.   5 years later and i passed multivariable calculus / calc 3. And graduated  with a bachelor in engineering with a GPA at 4.6
