How to calculate my videogame damage per second considering the following paramaters, (explaination in comments).

One important parameter is missing: critical damage. I doubt there's an easy way to directly calculate the average damage without simularions.

You want an estimate for this instead of the base dps? You can run a simulation for n frames, then calculate the average dps.

Yeah path of building gives me a dps. But this is with a stable charge count. I can set the charges to 0, 1 or any other number up till 10, it will give me the average dps.  But its the dps of damage, specifically with a set number of charges up. In reality this number goes up and down, depending on my chance to lose all charges, and chance to gain charges.
