want to learn algebra 1 for a regent in 3 months never tried it before (I'm going into 12th grade never cared about math unfortunately) I'm decently smart and curios if this is even worth the effort

Yes. You definitely can and it is worth the effort. Take it from a guy who's below average smart and yet has 96% progress in only 1 month and a half. Discipline and passion is all you need.
