How about asking questions about concepts you find difficult to understand?

Does your college provide tutoring? They would probably be able to help you even if you feel you're understanding nothing, sometimes it just takes looking at something differently.

If that tutoring isn't an option, I highly recommend Khan Academy, they have step by step lessons, comment sections where people are asking and answering questions, practice problems so you can test yourself, and often step by step guides on how to do those problems if you have any questions.

You're not going to just suddenly understand something by rewatching a video.   That would be like watching a movie in a foreign language that you didn't know and expecting to suddenly learn the language.

If you watch a video or read a book, you should be stopping the second you encounter something you don't understand.   Don't keep going.   Stop and think about the word, phrase, or sentence that you didn't get.   Don't skip over anything.   Math is not like other subjects where you can just skip over confusing parts.   Stop when you get confused.  Go ask questions about that one thing.   Google it.   Try to play around with examples.   Whatever it takes.   

Only continue on to the next part of the book or video after you understand the part you already saw or read.

I think you're panicking because of the deadline, and that's why you feel frustrated. Try YT or Khan Academy for math tutorials. Write the solution step by step and try to solve a problem with easier numbers.
