Any online data Science degree for working professionals where previous experience and courses are accepted as credit?

I have 3 years of experience as data scientist in industry. A lot of my learnings in the space come from various courses that I took in grad school and online platforms as well as from work experience. However, my formal education is in engineering not data science. Are there any online degrees from accredited universities with enough flexibility so I could study and take credits for a year or two while working to attain an MS in DS? I believe a lot of professionals have this issue and am wondering if I could just take tests in the beginning of the program to be able to skip the parts that I already know about and only take the minimum necessary to attain the degree.

I mean yes there are by now plenty that could work for you, but not sure about testing out. From what I’ve seen taking one course at a time would take nearly 3 years to graduate, but you can graduate much quicker taking 2 at a time.

I appreciate your drive to better yourself and maybe there are some raise/promo incentives for more education in your case, but if you already have 3 years DS experience and a technical Masters degree, idk how much this would help you careerwise or even teach you skillwise.

I guess aim for the most technically challenging degree you can find in a niche you want to get into? Like ML or some domain? or you could just take advanced classes at a local CC
