I mean yes there are by now plenty that could work for you, but not sure about testing out. From what I’ve seen taking one course at a time would take nearly 3 years to graduate, but you can graduate much quicker taking 2 at a time.
I appreciate your drive to better yourself and maybe there are some raise/promo incentives for more education in your case, but if you already have 3 years DS experience and a technical Masters degree, idk how much this would help you careerwise or even teach you skillwise.
I guess aim for the most technically challenging degree you can find in a niche you want to get into? Like ML or some domain? or you could just take advanced classes at a local CC
