I am a recently graduated student with my bachelors in mathematics and computer science. I want to pursue my career in data science and am looking for a affordable university to get a masters in data science from. Any suggestions or advice?

Top three seem to be Eastern University, Georgia Tech, UT at Austin. All in the 10k range. I would look into each to see what style of learning, term length, etc is best fitted for you. Good luck :)
