Calculus: Early Transcendentals "Metric version"?

Question

I am currently in South Korea, and the only available purchase option for *Calculus, 8th Edition, Early Transcendentals* is Calculus: Early Transcendentals 8th edition (**Metric Version**).

Are these essentially the same? Do they teach the same concepts?

if it's metric versus imperial then yes. units shouldn't change how you learn math at all.
