My brain always just stops whenever I come across a fraction in a problem. I was wondering if there was something that can just quickly summarize what to do with them in various situations, like distribution, converting to decimal, exponents, etc etc.

I know how to add, subtract, multiply, and divide them, unless they get more complicated I guess

Is there a specific example of exponents and distribution that confuses you?

As for decimals, it involves long division. I'd recommend you go through some videos on long division of numbers. You'll see how something like 2/5 is equal to 0.4

I’m not aware of a good one but you could try making your own and get feedback here.
