So, I need to take 4 CLEPs/DSSTs here within the next like 2-3 weeks max. SSCI, HUMA, NSCI, TECH/PE, and LMMS to complete my degree.

Most of the tests are basic 11th grade level tests it seems. However I physically and mentally can not understand the information I’m needing to learn.

For example, I bought a subscription on study.com. The only study portion they have is 5-10 minute videos and practice tests. Peterson’s, I haven’t gotten a sub yet, seems to be more. When it comes to MATH, that easy, I can work out the problem, I understand it, but I physically can’t get these last few classes I need completed.
I’m missing 15 credits. These tests will give me those 15 credits.

What’s like a good study area for HUMA or SSCI or NSCI even?

There are a number of study guides available for CLEP and DSST exams, such as those from Peterson's or College Board, which provide an overview of the material covered on the tests, as well as practice questions and sample tests.
