Hi. Wanted to get your opinions and ideas about how you would collect and organize your data which is mainly coming from Jira to predict bugs in the next release by system, sub-system and the developer. Thinking this a multiclass classification model and nothing complicated. Not thinking of applying NLP at this stage. Appreciate your ideas. Thank you.

My opinion is this sounds almost impossible and even if it is, it's most likely not worth the effort put in or at least ethically questionable, as i'm pretty sure the most important factor is probably the developer.
