Hi I’m a university student and I’m wondering if y’all think it’s an effective study plan to designate a day of the week for each course I do. Example: I do 6 courses and I want to designate a day of the week for each course and on that day I will review material for that course, do practice questions etc. The day of the week I choose for each course will depend on how much available time I have on that day and the difficulty of the course. What do you think?

P.S. When I have exams, assignments etc, I will just save space daily to work towards that goal and focus on it on Sundays (the extra day).

My advice would be to study different concepts instead of the same subject everyday. It'll be less boring that way.

Interleaving seems to be more effective in recent trials.  So a some of this and some of that then some of something else.  Rinse and repeat.
