How to read textbooks effectively with adhd?

So I’m reading textbook everyday but english is not my main language and I’m reading every words. About 6-10pg per hour. At this speed, I cannot finish all of my classes reading before class start, and I’m already behind about 100 pages currently on 2 subjects. Are there anyway to read and process information faster? I really want to get a or at least B but I feel like I will go into a death spiral soon, please give any advices

Depends a lot on the subject.  Math? Your pace isn’t bad.  Literature?  It could be a problem.  One study showed that comprehension increased in students who simply made themselves read faster.  I don’t know if it works with true ADHD though.

Reading speed is technically a skill you can train to become faster, but for the short run I'd recommend using anything to help you concentrate and then to move between different subjects when you notice yourself slowing down.
