Can somebody help me with this? I’m playing this game called MathIndigo, and I’ve been stuck on this level for hours. You have to use the symbols on the bottom so 5, 24, and 2 = 14. Please not that you cannot put any symbols on the 14, and you cannot rearrange the numbers.

Is this allowed:

5 +
(24/(2^2) ^2) ^2

So 5+9 by way of
24/8= 3 and square that.

Not sure how to reddit format powers basically i want to get a 3 from 24 and 2, so 24 divided by 2 squared twice.

Once you get the 3 easy to get 9.

Or are the symbols as is, meanimg only 2 powers of 2?

In order to follow the subreddit guidelines, I will share some failed past attempts at solving this level.

5 + 24 / 2^2 = 11, not 14 |
(5 + 24) / 2 = 14.5, not 14 |
5 + 24 / 2 = 17, not 14

sqrt( (5^2 ) + 24 ) • 2 = 14

sqrt( 25 + 24 ) • 2 = 14

sqrt(49) • 2 = 14

7 • 2 = 14
