I’m currently starting a project which tries to identify the correlation between certain stats and wins in LoL pro tournaments. I have collated data into many different spread sheets that represent each tournament of the entire season with a large number of statistics for each team. I am wondering if there is someone that is able to help me break down the data and advise me on the best methods in finding any correlation between a team winning and the sets of variables.

Excel isn't a very good tool for data analysis. For the kind of analyses you suggest, I'd recommend using R or Python.
