Received two job offers. I wish I would've taken the other job. Can I go back to the company I turned down?

Any of those options leave you in at least the same position you are in now - or better with another offer. I doubt they would be offended unless you accepted and then rescinded. Go for it. You will likely have to interview but it would be worth it to reach out to your contacts and see if there’s any opportunities you can apply for.

Do they have an open job you are applying for or you talking about same opening from two years ago?

If you have contact info at life company, no harm in reaching out and letting them know you're interested in potential openings.
