How about something based on the knapsack problem?
Or based on topology (which of these have equivalent topology)?
Or factorization?

I feel like you could make a show called "What's that Theorem?" where the participants submit an obscure named theorem/object, like "Hairy Ball theorem" or "Cox-Zucker machine". And then, like TOTPAL, each round have everyone explain a small bit about what the theorem or object is about. Since it's math, give them a little time first to prepare and don't ask for too much detail lol.
