It is the top value added to (bottom value times second to bottom value)

15*2=30+4=34


For row 1

21 times 1 +?=26

?=5

The approach to this olympiad level problem is getting on my nerves. Is the rule applicable to row and column? Is there a general way to solve these type of poblems?
